ABOUT RAY
Ray O’Steen formed O’Steen Law early in 2016 to provide practical and effective legal advice and solutions directly to clients without the overhead and inefficiencies inherent in traditional law firms. Ray’s clients have direct access to him and comfort knowing that their work is handled by him personally, not delegated to an inexperienced associate or paralegal. It’s a process that Ray believes saves clients money and time while providing them higher quality work.
Ray is a Jacksonville native with more than 15 years of legal experience helping businesses and individuals achieve their real estate and business goals. Unlike many lawyers who spend their entire careers as either in-house counsel or at a firm, Ray is unique in that he has experience in both worlds. He believes this gives his clients a more comprehensive perspective needed to help clients achieve success.
Ray began his career at Jacksonville’s noted law firm of Smith, Hulsey and Busey. From there he was invited to be in-house counsel at the PGA TOUR followed by a position as in-house counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. From there, he was recruited back to Smith, Hulsey and Busey, where he was a partner before deciding to start his own firm. Ray will be the first to tell you that the greatest benefit to having his own firm is helping to make a real difference for people and organizations. There’s no greater reward than seeing his clients succeed.
